Every Family is Different.
Every Consultation is Personalized.

1. We Listen

We'll begin by learning about your pregnancy, birth experience, feeding journey, and breastfeeding goals. We'll discuss what's been working, what's been challenging, and what you're hoping to accomplish.

2. We Assess

We'll observe a feeding session, perform a weighted feed when appropriate, evaluate latch and positioning, and identify any factors that may be affecting feeding.

3. We Create a Personalized Plan

You'll receive recommendations tailored specifically to your family, along with practical strategies you can begin using immediately.

4. We Continue Supporting You

Our care doesn't end when we walk out the door. We'll continue following up to help ensure you're feeding with confidence and feeling supported throughout your breastfeeding journey.
